In 1993, our Chairman, John Lovorn, formed The PACE Group – with more than 30 years of experience in searches for Economic Development Executives, City Managers and Corporate Executives and with the vision of providing communities and companies with specialized services and innovative solutions to strengthen their competitiveness.
Anthony Michelic
President
- Member of The PACE Group for five years and has over ten years of experience growing employee and volunteer management teams
- Created and implemented long-term employee training programs, workforce management for over 300 employees across four companies simultaneously, and was the National Director of Operations at one of America’s leading Retail Recruitment Firms
- Received Bachelor’s Degree from the University of the Southwest in Hobbs, New Mexico
- Background includes locating retail to communities, linking local businesses with their consumers, and facilitating cooperation between city administrations and the private sector
- Led the PACE team and facilitated projects in Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Missouri, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Alabama, and Tennessee
- Keynote speaker to local chambers of commerce as well as state economic development executive conferences throughout the country
- Married with three sons and enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, hiking, camping, and hunting
